Free Resizing for Life

We offerfree resizing for life on ourfunctional stainless steel collars only.

Please note that this policy does not apply to decorative chains ( Petite Collection, Small Chains and Choke Training Collars) pendants, or other non-functional products.

The resizing service itself is free; however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send the collar to us and have it shipped back.

To begin the resizing process, please emailinfo@royaldogchains.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The collar’s current size
• The new size required

Our team will reply with the return instructions and next steps.
